Sutton Foster, an actor who sings, dances, and performs, has appeared in eleven Broadway productions and the most recent production of Violet. She has also played lead parts on Broadway with The Drowsy Chaperone and Little Women. Her Tony Award winning performances include Anything Goes, Thoroughly Modern Millie, and Young Frankenstein. Star Search at the tender 15-year-old age, she has since appeared in Bunheads as well as Psych. as a solo performer, Sutton has appeared across the United States and internationally, as well as along with her musical director Michael Rafter... featuring songs from her debut solo album "Wish" along with the follow-up CD "An Evening with Sutton Foster: Live at the Cafe Carlyle." She performed on stages at Carnegie Hall, Feinstein's, Lincoln Center's American Songbook series, Joe's Pub and many others. In 2011, she was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in the form of an honorary doctorate from Ball State University where she has also been appointed as a professor and advisor for in the Department of Theatre and Dance. Since March, 2015, she has been acting as "Younger" in TVLand which is a brand new series developed by Darren Star.
